Reading your Account Health page, and how appeals work
For creators: what each part of the page measures, what the tabs show you, and what appealing means.
Account Health reports your account standing, your identity verification, the checks on your account, and the moderation record EVVA holds against it.
Open it from Account Health in the creator navigation. If your account has no creator profile yet, it answers “Creator profile not found”.
Standing
This is the enforcement fact the page states. If nobody has ever sanctioned your account, standing reads Not stated — and that is the normal, healthy reading. The page will never say “Good standing”, because EVVA only records standing when it changes something.

The five account checks
The page reports five checks:
- ID verified — from your identity verification.
- Bank account — from your payout destination.
- Two-factor login
- Tax form
- Release forms
A row reads Not stated while EVVA has nothing recorded for that check yet.
Flagged media and warnings
The flagged media tab lists the files moderation has acted on. The warnings tab lists the warnings on your account.
The same screen explains how warnings work: they expire after 90 days, two live warnings pause payouts, and three close the account.
Read your position from the standing block, not from the warnings count alone. Standing is the statement of where your account stands; warnings are the history behind it.

Appeals
The Think it is a mistake? card says “Appeals are read by a person, usually within 24 hours. Nothing is deleted while an appeal is open.” Use Message support underneath it to open one.
EVVA’s published Content Moderation Policy sets a 14-day appeal window and a 7-day decision target.
What is true, and worth holding on to while you wait:
- A suspension deletes nothing. Your posts, files and messages stay.
- Your subscriptions keep renewing and your payouts and refunds are unaffected.
- One-to-one direct messages still work, so a conversation you already have stays open.
- Keep your own record of what happened and when. The Moderation decisions notification setting controls whether EVVA announces a decision to you, so set it the way you want before you need it.
