How EVVA and the creator studio fit together
For creators who keep being asked to sign in twice — why the two sites behave as separate sessions, and which links carry you across.
One account, two websites, two separate sign-ins. The fan app and the creator studio are different sites, and each keeps its own session, so being signed in on one does not sign you in on the other. Opening the studio directly is therefore a fresh sign-in; the links below carry you across already signed in.
What is shared and what is not
Which links carry your session
The links that cross between the two sites hand your session over:
- Signing in on EVVA. Sign in at the fan app’s Log in. If your account has creator access, EVVA hands you to the studio and you arrive signed in.
- Start earning, on the Become a Creator page. It hands you into creator onboarding on the studio, signed in.
- Creator Studio in the fan app’s account menu, and Go to your creator studio on the Become a Creator page.
- Discover in the studio’s sidebar, which opens the fan app.
Each of them works by minting a one-time handover link that is valid for 60 seconds and can be redeemed once.
Because a handover link is spent the moment it is redeemed, it is not something you can bookmark or share. Go back to the site you started from and follow the link again.
How long a session lasts
Each site keeps its own session, and a session may be renewed for up to 30 days. Signing out, or a completed password reset, ends it sooner.
Logging out, and what it does not do
Logging out ends the session on that site only. Log out of the studio and your fan session stays alive; log out of EVVA and the studio stays alive.
One thing does end every session on both sites at once: completing a password reset. The confirmation screen says so — “Your new password is active, and every other session that was signed in has been signed out.” Expect to sign in again everywhere afterwards.
Password resets always happen on EVVA
Password recovery lives on the fan app, and every recovery link EVVA sends points there.
If you cannot sign in to the studio, reset your password from Forgot your password? on the fan app’s sign-in page, then sign in there. With creator access on your account, that sign-in takes you to the studio.
