Your creator account is suspended
For creators: how you find out, exactly what stops, what keeps running, why it happened and how long it lasts.
A suspension stops five things and touches nothing financial. Your posts, files and messages stay where they are, and your money keeps moving.
How you find out
Often the first sign is a refusal at whatever you were trying to do: “This action is unavailable while the account is suspended.” From there, open Account Health in the creator navigation to read the reason and the end date. See Reading your Account Health page, and how appeals work.
A different message, “Could not verify account standing. Please try again.”, is not a suspension. It means EVVA could not check your standing at that moment. Retry — and if it keeps happening, it is EVVA’s side, not yours. EVVA deliberately answers this rather than guessing, because telling somebody they are suspended when they are not cannot be taken back.
What is stopped
- publishing and scheduling posts
- being shown in Discover and on your public profile
- creating new marketplace listings and offers
- sending mass messages and automated messages
- changing prices and promotions
Some of those are only half-blocked, deliberately. You can still save a draft, you just cannot publish it. You can still take your storefront down — a suspension never blocks a withdrawal like that.
What keeps working
- signing in and using the creator console
- Account Health, your settings, and your history
- one-to-one direct messages
- everything you have already posted — posts, files and messages stay
- subscriptions, which keep renewing
- access your fans already have, which keeps working
- payouts and refunds
A suspension is not a financial penalty. EVVA does not stop subscriptions, withhold payouts or reverse refunds as part of it.
Why it happened
Account Health shows one of six reasons:
You see the category, not the file. The person who suspended the account also records a written justification for EVVA’s internal record, and that is deliberately not shown to you. If you need to know what was involved, ask when you appeal.
How long it lasts
Account Health states the term one of two ways:
- “No end date — it stays until we lift it.” It runs until somebody at EVVA lifts it.
- “Ends <date>.” It ends by itself on that date. You do not need to do anything, and nothing can fail in a way that makes a dated suspension permanent.
A suspension can be lifted in two ways, and EVVA records them separately: it can be ended because it has run its course, or withdrawn because it should never have been applied.
What fans see
They do not see that you were suspended. Your public profile and content answer as though nothing is there — “Profile not found” and “Creator not found” — the same answer they would get for a handle that never existed. EVVA keeps it identical on purpose, so a public page cannot be used to work out who has been sanctioned.
