Connected accounts and where your settings live

For anyone managing how they sign in — what your account page holds, and what the Connected accounts panel does.

Your account page is at /account on EVVA. Reach it from Settings in the account menu — the menu also holds Purchases, Log out, and, for creators, Creator Studio. Typing /settings takes you to the same page.

The page shows the email address on your account, your role, a Browse creators link, your viewing preferences, your Connected accounts, your orders, and a Log out button.

The Connected accounts panel

It lists every sign-in provider attached to your account, each with a Remove button. With nothing attached it reads You have not connected any providers yet.

Connect X attaches your X account, so that Continue with X on the sign-in page works for you afterwards. See Signing in with X.

Whatever you attach here, your email and password remain a complete way in.

Removing a provider

Press Remove next to it. The panel re-reads the list, and the provider is gone.

One removal is refused: This cannot be removed while it is the only way to sign in. That happens when the provider you are removing is your last remaining way into the account — no password, and nothing else attached. Set a password first, using Forgot your password? on the sign-in page, and then remove it. See Resetting your password.

You can attach one login per provider. If a different account at the same provider is already attached, EVVA tells you the account already has a different login connected for that provider rather than replacing it. And if the provider account you are attaching is already attached to a different EVVA account, EVVA refuses and does not say whose — you will need to remove it from that account first.

Where the other account controls live

Your role, and what decides what you can do

The role shown on your account page is a label. What decides which pages and actions you can use is your access, which EVVA reads fresh on every request — so access granted or removed minutes ago is already in effect.

If a creator page does refuse you with a message naming a permission it requires, contact support at support@evvahub.com — the label on this page is not evidence either way, and only EVVA’s own records can settle it.

A refusal names the access it required, never the access you hold. “This endpoint requires one of: CREATOR” is not a statement about your account.
