Signing out, and checking which devices are signed in
For everyone — how to log out, what “Sign out everywhere” actually does, and who can see a device list.
On EVVA, press Log out in the account menu, or the Log out button on your account page at /account. In the creator app, Log out is in settings.
That ends the session in the app you are using. It does not touch anything else.
Logging out of one app leaves the other signed in
EVVA and the Creator Studio keep separate sessions, so Log out in one does not sign you out of the other. If you want out of both, log out in both. See How long you stay signed in.
Logging out of the creator app does not stop work you have already set up: the settings screen says so — Your scheduled posts and automations keep running.
Creators: the device list
The creator app’s settings has an Account section with two rows:
- Active sessions — the number of devices currently signed in to your account, for example 3 devices. It is read from EVVA each time. While it is loading it says so, and if the read fails it says that too rather than showing you a misleading zero.
- Sign out everywhere — with the button labelled Sign out.
What “Sign out everywhere” does
It signs out every device except the one you are using. The row’s own note says it: Keeps this device signed in.
Press it and the screen reports what actually happened, in EVVA’s own numbers:
- No other devices were signed in.
- Signed 1 other device out.
- Signed N other devices out.
It then re-reads the device count so you can see the result.
There is no confirmation step, and it does not need one — if you sign out a device you are still using, you sign in again.
If it fails you see EVVA could not complete that just now. or, if this device has nothing to identify itself with, EVVA could not identify this device. Sign in again.
Sign out everywhere always keeps the current device signed in, so it is not the control to reach for if the device in someone else’s hands is the one you are holding.
If you need every session on the account ended — including the one you are on — reset your password. That does end all of them. See Resetting your password.
If you do not have creator access
The session action on your account page is Log out, which ends the session you are in.

What happens behind a log-out
When you log out, EVVA also closes any live connection that session held, and stops associating this browser with your account — so the next person to sign in on this browser starts clean.
