How to ask for a refund
For fans who want money back on a charged order — where the link is, what to write, and what happens next.
You ask from the order itself, and the request goes to the creator who sold it to you.
Press “Something wrong with this purchase?”
The link sits below the order detail. It appears only on orders that have been charged.
Pick a reason
There are four, and you must choose one: Not what was described, Never received it, Bought by accident, Something else.
Say what you expected and what you got. The creator decides this, and a reason code on its own gives them nothing to act on.
One request at a time
An order can carry one open request. If you send another while one is open, you get the same request back — asking twice is not treated as a mistake, and it does not create a second claim.
Once the creator has answered, the slot is free again, so a declined request can be followed by a new one. If you change your mind before they answer, you can withdraw the request; the order then shows it as withdrawn and the slot is free for a new one.
If you cannot find the link
The link appears only on orders that have been charged. On an order that has not been charged there is nothing to refund yet: “This order has not been charged, so there is nothing to refund.” If you have paid and the order still reads Not charged, the payment confirmation is probably still in flight — see What each order status means.
For everything the link does not cover — a late delivery, a file that is not what was promised, a question for the creator — use the conversation on the purchase page, and see Something is wrong with a purchase for your other options.
What happens next
The creator approves or declines. See What happens after you ask for a refund for the status lines you will see, where the money goes, and how long it takes.
