What each order status means
Each order carries one status word. Here is what each one means for you.
If you ever see a word that is not in this list, the app is showing you exactly what the system called the order rather than guessing at a friendlier name.
When every order on the page is still uncharged, a line appears above the list: “Nothing on this page has been charged yet. An order records what you asked a creator for; you pay when it is time to.”
Why an order you paid for still says “Not charged”
Ordering and paying are two separate steps on EVVA, and the second one is not finished in your browser.
When you pay, EVVA records your payment instruction and passes it to the payment provider. The provider’s confirmation arrives afterwards, on its own. Until it does, the order still reads Not charged.
This is why screens say things like “on its way” and “Finishing your payment” and never “paid” — at that moment nothing on EVVA knows yet whether the money moved.
Nothing more is needed from you while an order is waiting on that confirmation. A post or message you paid to unlock opens on its own when the confirmation lands, even if you close the sheet: “The platform has not confirmed this yet. Nothing more is needed from you — close this, and the item opens here as soon as it does.”
If the status still has not changed much later, message the creator from the order conversation on the purchase page, and check your card statement so you can tell them what your bank shows.
Checking where a refund landed
A refund goes back the way the payment came in, so an order reading Refunded or Partly refunded is confirmed on your card statement or on your EVVA balance — whichever the original payment came from. A card refund can take a few days to appear there.
Disputed, and what does not change it
Opening a dispute yourself does not turn an order’s status into Disputed. The dispute is a support thread about the order; the status word tracks the payment. See How to get help with a marketplace order.
