Will my order be accepted automatically if I do nothing?
For fans who have not reviewed a delivery yet — whether the order accepts itself, and how to tell.
Yes. A delivered order shows a line reading “Auto-releases [time] if you don’t review it.” Doing nothing until that runs out accepts the delivery and releases the money to the creator.
Until then the order stays Delivered and the money stays in escrow, so the window is yours to review the work in.
Check your own order
The countdown is shown only while it can actually run: the order is delivered, not yet accepted, and nothing is contested on it. Open a change request, a cancellation request or a dispute and the line goes away, because nothing can accept a contested order.
What stops the countdown
Opening a change request, a cancellation request or a dispute suspends automatic acceptance. Nothing can accept an order while a claim stands on it — including EVVA. The dispute form says so: “the auto-release timer stops now”.
Withdrawing the request lets it resume.
What automatic acceptance does
Exactly what your own press would do: the delivery is accepted, the held money is released to the creator, and the order moves to Completed. The files stay on the order.
Automatic acceptance does not review anything. If a delivery is wrong, waiting is the one thing that can cost you the money — ask for changes or dispute it before the countdown runs out. Once an order is accepted, neither is available.
The other direction
The creator’s 72 hours works differently. It is the window they are given to answer a change request or a cancellation request — not a timer that pays you back. If it passes without an answer, your money stays in escrow and EVVA decides the outcome, so open a dispute rather than waiting on the clock.
