How to get help with a marketplace order

For fans whose marketplace order went wrong and who want EVVA Support involved, not only the creator.

Opening a dispute starts a private thread between you and EVVA Support about one order.

1

Open the order

Go to /marketplace, open the Orders panel and select the order.

2

Press “Open a dispute”

A sheet opens.

3

Fill it in

Choose a reason — not as described, never received, late delivery, or something else — write a note, and say what outcome you want. The note holds up to 1,000 characters; a longer one is shortened rather than rejected, so keep the important part first.

4

Press “Open dispute”

The thread is created. Pressing it again on the same order takes you back to the same thread rather than opening a second one.

Which orders can be disputed

Only orders that have been paid or refunded.

An order that was never charged cannot be disputed — there is no payment to dispute. You see: “This order cannot be disputed. Message the creator, or contact us from Help.” The same applies to a cancelled order.

The marketplace order sheet is the only place a dispute can be opened. There is no equivalent control on a subscription, a paid post, a paid message or a tip, even though those are also purchases. For those, use the refund request and the conversation with the creator: Something is wrong with a purchase.

The thread is with EVVA Support, not the creator

This is the part people get wrong. A dispute is a separate conversation from the order conversation on the purchase page:

Order conversationDispute
Who reads itThe creatorEVVA Support
Where it livesThe purchase pageMessages, under the Orders tab
What it is forSorting it out directlyAsking EVVA to look at the order

The creator does not see what you write in the dispute thread.

Talking in the thread

Find it in Messages under the Orders tab, marked with its own chip. Replies are capped at 2,000 characters — “Keep it under 2000 characters.”

When support closes the thread you can still read it, but you cannot post: “This support conversation is closed.” If something new comes up after that, open the order again.

What a dispute does not do

  • It does not change the order’s status. The order does not start reading Disputed because you opened one.
  • It does not refund you. A refund still needs the creator’s agreement — see How to ask for a refund.
  • It is not a bank chargeback. That is a separate process run by your bank: Reversed by your bank.

One dispute per order

An order can have one dispute open at a time. Pressing Open a dispute again returns the existing thread, so you cannot accidentally split your case across two conversations.
