Where to find what you bought
There are two places, and they answer different questions.
Purchases is the record of your orders — what you asked a creator for, how much it was, and whether it has been charged. Library is the content you can actually open.
Your orders
Open Purchases from the sidebar, or go to /purchases. Orders load twenty at a time, newest first.
Each row shows the creator, the amount and a status word. Open a row for the detail, which shows:
- the total
- the creator
- the Reference — quote this if you need to ask anyone about the order
- Started — when the order was opened
Old links in the form /account/orders/... redirect to the same page, so a bookmark still works.

Your library
Open /library for the content you can open right now. You can sort it by Recently added, Oldest first or Creator A–Z, and filter it by All, Photos, Videos, Audio or Collections.
Two messages that look similar mean different things. “Nothing in your library yet” means you have nothing unlocked. “Your library isn’t available yet” means the library could not be read at all — your content is not gone, the page could not load it.
Orders and library, side by side
Purchases is the money side and Library is the content. To open something you bought, go to your Library; for the amount, the reference or when an order started, go to Purchases.
Quote the Reference whenever you ask anyone about an order — support, or the creator in the order conversation on the purchase page. It names one order exactly, which a date and an amount may not.
Unlocking something that is free does not create an order at all, so free items appear in your Library with no matching row in Purchases.
