Something is wrong with a purchase
For fans who paid for something and did not get what they expected — what you can do, and what EVVA does not do for you.
You have three routes, and which ones are open depends on what you bought and whether it has been charged.
Start with the creator
Open the order from Purchases and use the conversation on the purchase page. Most problems — a file that is not what the description promised, a delivery that is late, a duplicate order — are fastest to fix with the person who sold it to you, and a refund needs their agreement anyway.
Then a refund request
If the order has been charged, the purchase page also carries a link reading Something wrong with this purchase?. That opens a refund request, which goes to the creator to approve or decline. See How to ask for a refund.
Disputes are only on marketplace orders
The only place you can open a dispute is a marketplace order: /marketplace → the Orders panel → the order → Open a dispute.
There is no “get help” control on a subscription, a paid post, a paid message or a tip. For those, what you have is the refund request and the conversation with the creator on the purchase page.
If a dispute has already been opened on one of your orders, you can read and reply to it from Messages, under the Orders tab, wherever you are in the app.
What EVVA does not do
- EVVA does not issue refunds on its own. A refund is the creator’s decision, and the platform does not promise one on their behalf.
- There is no refund window, and no automatic approval. Nothing grants a refund because a certain number of days passed.
- There is no appeal. If a creator declines, no one at EVVA overrules it. You can send a new request with more detail.
Your rights as a buyer, and the creator’s obligations to you, are set out in the terms and conditions.
The thing you bought has not appeared
That is usually the payment confirmation still being in flight rather than a fault. An order reads Not charged and a paid post stays locked until the payment provider confirms the money, and then it opens on its own. See What each order status means.
