Reversed by your bank
Reversed by your bank means your bank took a payment back from EVVA through a chargeback. It is not an EVVA refund, and it did not come from the creator.
A chargeback and a refund are different things
EVVA learns about a chargeback from the payment provider, not from you. While the provider is working through it, the order may read Disputed; when the reversal stands, it reads Reversed by your bank.
A dispute you open on EVVA is also not a chargeback. That is a support thread about one order, recorded as raised by you, and it runs entirely inside EVVA: How to get help with a marketplace order.
What EVVA can and cannot do about it
A chargeback runs on your bank’s process and timeline. EVVA cannot speed it up, argue it for you, or undo it once your bank has decided — the only thing that happens on EVVA is that the order’s record is updated to match the outcome the provider reports.
That also means the access you bought ends with the payment. Once the money for an order has gone back to your bank, the order is no longer a paid order, and what it unlocked closes with it.
Try the EVVA route first
If the problem is the purchase itself — not what was described, never received, bought by accident — the faster route is a refund request on the order, because it goes straight to the person who can return the money:
- Message the creator from the order conversation on the purchase page.
- Send a refund request — see How to ask for a refund.
- For a marketplace order, open a dispute with EVVA Support.
If you do not recognise a charge at all, treat that as a security matter with your bank as well as with us.
