Getting found on EVVA: the checklist, in order

For creators who want an audience — the four things that make you findable, and which surfaces rank you rather than just list you.

Being found on EVVA is four separate systems, and finishing one does not switch on the others. Work through them in this order.

1

Finish onboarding and activate

The six-step wizard (referral, country, creator type, content type, profile, price) creates your creator profile and your handle. Nothing about you is public before that. See Setting up your creator account.

2

Publish your storefront

Open Storefront and turn on Storefront published. Until you do, you are not in the public creator directory at all. This is the single most common reason a new creator cannot find themselves on EVVA — see Why you are not in Discover.

3

Publish posts

Publishing a post is what puts it into the search index and makes it eligible for the ranked home feed. An unpublished draft is invisible to every surface.

Where ranking exists, and where it does not

Most of EVVA’s browse surfaces do not rank anything. Knowing which is which tells you what is worth your effort.

SurfaceHow it orders
Home feedRanked. Recency leads, with engagement, trending speed and — sometimes — the reader’s own history with you.
Creator suggestions (the rail on a profile, “Popular right now” on Marketplace and Promotions)Ranked, by the same engine, over creators rather than posts.
The search box (“Search EVVA”)Ranked by word match across profiles, posts, marketplace listings and open requests.
The Discover creator gridNot ranked. Newest creator account first, forever, 12 per page.
Marketplace browseNot ranked. Newest published listing first. Pausing and republishing a listing does not move it up.
Invitations to open requestsNot ranked. The same newest-published order, over the first 300 published listings inspected per run.

There is nothing you can buy, toggle or configure to change your position on any of these. The feed’s surface is chosen by the server, not by the page you are on, and there is no promoted or boosted placement to enter.

What the feed will never take into account

The ranking engine scores nine things, and money is not among them. It does not look at your prices, at what EVVA earns from you, at view counts, at dwell time or at how much of a video was watched — none of those exist as ranking signals. How the home feed decides what you see lists the nine it does use, with their weights.

Two more things worth doing

Categories. EVVA has six creator categories and a limit of three per creator. The ones you hold put you in the category chips and the category filter on Discover, which is how somebody browsing a niche reaches you. See Categories on your profile.

Credit for traffic you send. A shared profile address, a direct storefront link, a post you posted elsewhere, a search result, the feed and marketplace browse all produce no credit. Sales that arrive that way split 50/50 rather than 75/25. See How creators get credited for traffic.
