How do I create and publish a marketplace offer?
For creators listing bespoke work for sale — the fields, the four offer states, and what Publish and Archive actually do.
An offer is a service a buyer can order at a price you set. You create it as a draft and publish it when you are ready.
Go to Marketplace in your navigation, open the Offers tab, and press New offer. The sheet says it plainly: a new offer is created as a draft, and you publish it when you are ready for fans to buy.
What you fill in
Kind
Choose one of Custom Video, Photo Set, Voice Message, Personal Message, Video Call or Custom Service.
Title and Description
Title takes up to 120 characters. Description is required and takes up to 4,000 — an offer with no description is one a buyer cannot decide on, so EVVA refuses a blank one.
What you need from the buyer (optional)
Up to 2,000 characters. The field’s own example is “A name to say, a reference photo, the date you need it by…”. Leave it empty if the work needs nothing from them.
Deliverable and Quantity
Deliverable is one of Digital content, Live session, Shoutout, License or Other. Quantity is how many of that thing the order buys, up to 1,000.
The revision number is the buyer’s budget for asking you to change the work. A buyer who has used up their included revisions cannot ask for another one. Setting it to 1 when you meant 3 holds you to 1.
Publishing it
A new offer is a draft and nobody can buy it. Publish it from the offer’s row in the Offers tab. When it goes live you see Offer is live.
An offer has four states, and each one allows different moves:
- Draft — publish it, or archive it.
- Published — pause it, or archive it.
- Paused — publish it again, or archive it.
- Archived — nothing. This is the end.
Archive offer is permanent. The sheet says so: archiving takes the offer off your profile and the marketplace for good. Pausing with the switch is reversible; this is not.
Editing it afterwards
Open the offer and press through to Edit offer. The sheet saves in separate sections rather than with one button, because each one writes to a different place:
- Save details — Title and Description.
- Save price and delivery — Price and Delivery window (days).
- Save picture — see below.

Save the section you changed. There is no single save for the whole sheet.
The offer’s picture
Picture is optional. It is one image for this offer, shown on your card where buyers browse, and it is not your profile banner — the field is labelled Offer picture for that reason. An offer without a picture shows its service type instead, which is how most offers look.
The Save control stays disabled until you actually change the picture.
What you cannot set on an offer
Cancellation is not a per-offer setting. What happens if a buyer wants out follows EVVA’s own rules, the same for every offer — a buyer cancels the order, and a disputed order is decided by EVVA.
