How do I offer packages and extras?
For creators who want more than one price on a single offer — the three tiers, the extras, and the save that replaces everything.
Packages let you sell the same service at up to three prices. Extras are things a buyer can add at checkout.
You edit both in one place: open the offer, press Edit offer, and find the Packages and extras section.
The three packages
The tiers are Basic, Standard and Premium, in that order. You add the ones you want with Add Basic, Add Standard and Add Premium, and remove one with Remove this package.
The tier name itself is not editable — you add and remove a tier rather than renaming it.
Each package has its own fields:
- Package name — up to 120 characters.
- What this package includes — up to 1,000 characters.
- Price, in the offer’s own currency.
- Delivery (days) — from 1 to 365.
- Revisions included — up to 100 — or Unlimited revisions.
When you add a package, EVVA fills in a starting price for you. That number is a seed and nothing more: you set every price yourself, and the moment you edit one nothing recalculates the others. EVVA never writes a package name or description for you — a blank one is refused rather than silently named.
The extras
An extra is something a buyer can add at checkout. You can have up to 8 of them.
- Extra — its name.
- Price.
- Delivery change (days) — use a negative number of days to deliver sooner, up to 364 days either way.
- Extra revisions.
Saving
One button saves the whole section: Save packages and extras. You see Packages and extras saved. when it lands.
Saving replaces your whole set of packages and extras. The write is a whole-offer replace, not an edit of the rows you touched — so anything you removed from the form is removed from the offer, and an empty form saves as “remove every tier”. That is why there is one save for the section and not one per row.
If you have no packages
An offer with no packages is a normal, working offer. Buyers pay its listed price, which is exactly how most offers work. Add a package only if you want to offer more than one price.
What a particular combination of a package and some extras costs is worked out for the buyer at checkout, from the prices you set here.
