How do I accept an order?
For creators with a new marketplace order — where Accept order is, what it changes, and why there is no Decline.
Open the Orders tab of Marketplace. An order waiting for you shows New request and a button reading Accept order. Press it. The order becomes In progress and the button becomes Deliver.
What accepting does
It moves the order onto your work queue, and that is all it does.
Accepting takes no payment and releases none. The money was captured before the order reached you — a New request already says Held in escrow. Accepting is the difference between “not looked at” and “in hand” on your own queue.
If the order says Awaiting payment
There is nothing to accept. Awaiting payment means EVVA has recorded the order but the buyer’s payment has not come in — the card says Not paid yet. No button is offered, nothing is owed by you, and the work should not be started. If it becomes New request, the money is in and you can accept.
You cannot decline
Cancelling an order is the buyer’s move, not yours — a new request offers you Accept order and nothing else. If you cannot do the work, use the Message link on the order card and talk to the buyer, who can cancel it.
