Your earnings page explained

For creators reading Earnings & Payouts — what each number counts, and why they do not add up to each other.

Open the creator app and click Earnings & Payouts in the left rail. Everything on that page is read from the record of your completed sales; nothing is estimated and nothing is multiplied out in your browser.

The three pockets

  • Available — money you can withdraw right now. This is the only figure a payout can draw on.
  • Pending — money you have earned that has not cleared yet. It is owed to you, but it cannot be withdrawn.
  • Earned all time — your lifetime share of every sale with a confirmed payment.

If Pending keeps growing and Available stays at zero, read When your pending earnings become available before assuming something is wrong with your sales. Money moves between the two only after the buyer accepts the order and that order’s clearing period has elapsed.

Last 14 days

The bar chart covers 14 days and shows your net for each day, counted by the day the payment was confirmed — not the day you delivered and not the day anything cleared. Days with no sales are drawn as empty bars rather than skipped, so the shape of the chart is honest about quiet days.

Where it comes from

Your earnings are grouped as Subscriptions, Post unlocks (post unlocks and paid-message unlocks counted together), Custom requests (including marketplace services) and Tips (including storefront support).

Your split

This card shows “You keep N%” and “EVVA fee N%”, with the sentence “The fee is taken at the moment of sale, so every number on this page is already net.”

That percentage is not a published rate. It is a whole-number percentage worked out across your own completed sales, so two creators see two different numbers and your own number moves as your mix of sales changes. EVVA’s actual rates are 75/25 or 50/50 per sale — see How your revenue split works.

The transactions table

Recent sales are listed with gross, fee and net. All three come from the frozen record of each order. The table shows the most recent 20 by default.

Why the three totals do not agree

Earned all time is not reduced by a refund. It is a record of what you earned, and a refund is recorded as a separate reversal rather than a change to the original sale. Available and Pending do reflect refunds and chargebacks. So after a refund, your lifetime figure stays where it was while your balances drop. Both numbers are correct; they answer different questions.

Also note that Available is an observation taken when the page loaded. The number that decides a payout is worked out again at the moment you request one, so a request sized from a stale page can still be refused. See When a payout is refused.

When the page says it cannot answer

Until you have a confirmed sale, and until you have a payout method and currency on file, parts of the page have nothing to report. Rather than showing zeroes that look like facts, it says so in place of the chart or the card that has no data behind it yet.

Your balance and payout history are still exact in that state.
