Where do negotiations, agreements and requests live?
For creators who cannot find these screens in the navigation — they are not in the rail, and this is where they actually are.
They are on the Marketplace tools card, in the right-hand column of the Marketplace screen. Open Marketplace from your navigation and look to the right of the tabs. The card is there on all three tabs — Orders, Offers and Disputes.
Direct requests, Negotiations, Agreements and All orders are not in your navigation rail, and no amount of scrolling it will find them. The rail is fixed to a set list of rows and these four are not on it. The Marketplace tools card is how you reach them.
What each row is
- Direct requests — “Sent to you”. Custom requests buyers sent to you by name, private, and visible only to you.
- Open requests — “Anyone may propose”. Requests any buyer has opened to the marketplace. This one is also in your navigation rail.
- Negotiations — “Offers and counters”. Offers you have made or received on the marketplace.
- Agreements — “Terms you agreed”. Terms you and a buyer have agreed.
- All orders — “Every payment record”.
- Earnings & payouts — “What you keep, and when it clears”. This one is also in your rail, as Earnings & Payouts.
About Agreements
An agreement is the only record you have of terms you accepted, which is why the screen exists.
An agreement cannot be cancelled, withdrawn or edited. It is final from the moment you and the buyer both accept — the record is closed at the point it is created. What can be cancelled is the order that follows from it, and the buyer is the one who cancels it.
Why they are not in the navigation
The Marketplace tools card keeps them beside the orders and offers they belong to, which is why the rail does not repeat them. Everything happens from there: proposing, countering, accepting, declining and withdrawing, as well as the request inbox and the agreement record.
