Request a payout

For creators withdrawing their available balance — how to ask, what is checked, and what the statuses mean.

Every payout on EVVA is one you ask for. Press Request payout on the Earnings & Payouts page, enter an amount and submit.

Asking for one

  1. Press Request payout. The sheet shows the amount field with Available now: and your current available figure.
  2. Enter the amount you want. It is drawn from Available only — Pending money cannot be withdrawn.
  3. Submit. The request is either accepted, recognised as one you already sent, or refused with a reason.

When a request is accepted, the money is set aside against your balance at that moment, not when the transfer settles. That is deliberate: the same money cannot be requested twice while the first payout is in flight.

If your connection drops and you submit again, EVVA recognises the repeat and returns the original payout rather than creating a second one.

What is checked, in order

  1. The amount is greater than zero.
  2. Your payout profile is able to receive payouts.
  3. Compliance has not blocked payouts on your account.
  4. You have a bank account on file.
  5. The currency matches the balance being drawn — USD.
  6. The amount is at or under the rail ceiling.
  7. The amount is at or above the minimum.
  8. The amount is within your available balance, re-checked at that instant.

The maximum for a single payout is $500,000. That is the provider’s published ceiling for the instant US bank rail, and EVVA enforces it before contacting the provider at all. A larger amount has to be taken in more than one payout.

There is no approval queue

A payout goes from accepted straight to the payments provider. EVVA has no “awaiting approval” state and no operator sign-off step, so nothing is sitting in a queue waiting for a human to release it.

Statuses in Payout history

A payout is in one of six states: Pending, Sent, Settled, Failed, Returned or Cancelled. Payout history is where you find out — press into the row to see its status chip, and on a failed or returned payout, the reason.

Statuses advance on their own. EVVA checks in with the provider about once a minute, and if a payout has been unresolved for 15 minutes it asks the provider directly about that specific transfer. A status can lag by a few minutes; refreshing the page more often does not make it move faster.

The rail is an instant US bank transfer, but how quickly the money lands depends on your bank. The contractual commitment is to initiate a valid request within ten business days — see the creator earnings and payouts terms.

If nothing is available

The most common reason a payout cannot be requested is that nothing has cleared into Available yet. Read When your pending earnings become available for the stages a sale goes through before it can be withdrawn.
