What a Studio refusal means

A refused or failed run is not an error page. The run finishes and tells you why in one sentence, which is why a refusal can look almost the same as a success until you read it. Find the sentence you got below.

Why EVVA never names the model or the supplier
Which supplier ran your generation, which model it used, and what that model said are stripped from every answer EVVA gives you. What crosses is a canonical reason and a sentence written by EVVA.
This is deliberate and it applies to support too. Nobody can tell you “the supplier’s model refused it” from what the product records on your side — so if a refusal sentence does not match what you expected, describe what you asked for rather than asking which model handled it.
