How your revenue split works
For creators who want to know what EVVA keeps — the two rates, what they apply to, and who pays the card fees.
EVVA has two revenue splits, and which one a sale gets is decided per purchase rather than per creator:
- You keep 75%, EVVA keeps 25% when the sale is attributed to you — that is, when EVVA can see that you brought the buyer.
- You keep 50%, EVVA keeps 50% when the sale is not attributed to you. This is the default a sale falls to when nothing qualifies.
There is no third rate and no per-product fee. Subscriptions, post unlocks, paid messages, tips, storefront support, custom requests and marketplace services are all split by the same two rates.
What the split is taken from
The split applies to the sale price minus tax. EVVA does not assess tax on a sale, so in practice the whole price is what gets divided.
Shares are worked out in whole cents. Each side’s share is rounded down to the nearest cent, and the leftover cent that cannot be divided goes to you, not to EVVA.
Who pays the payment-processing cost
EVVA does. The cost of taking the buyer’s money is borne by the platform, so your share is worked out from the sale price and is not reduced by card or processing fees.
Nobody else takes a cut
A sale is divided between exactly two parties: you and EVVA. There is no agency share, no affiliate share and no partner share.
Before a sale, only a range can be shown
When you price something, EVVA cannot tell you a single figure for what you will receive, because the rate is not known until the order is placed. Price quotes therefore show a range covering both cases, and are labelled as an estimate. The exact amount is settled with the order and appears on your earnings page.
The Your split card on your earnings page shows “You keep N%” and “EVVA fee N%” as a figure worked out from your own completed sales so far, not as a published rate. Two creators can see two different numbers, and your own number can move as you make more sales. See Your earnings page explained.
Once a sale happens, its split is fixed
The rate, the percentages, the rounding rule and who bears the processing cost are all frozen onto the order at the moment it is placed. A later change to EVVA’s rates cannot re-price a sale you have already made. See Can EVVA change your split on sales you have already made?
